Searching for new clients and attracting new sales opportunities. Conducting field visits to potential and existing clients. Presenting products and services and explaining their features to clients. Continuously following up with existing clients and identifying their needs. Maintaining good and sustainable relationships with clients. Following up on price quotations and negotiating with clients according to company policy. Following up on client orders and ensuring their fulfillment on time. Monitoring sales and collections for clients in coordination with the relevant departments. Handling client inquiries and complaints, working to resolve them or escalate them to the responsible manager. Following up with inactive clients and attempting to re-engage them. Achieving the specified monthly and annual sales targets. Preparing periodic reports on visits, clients, sales opportunities, and sales. Continuously updating client data and visit results. Monitoring competitors, prices, and market trends, and reporting notes to the sales manager. Coordinating with the sales, warehouse, accounting, and customer service departments to ensure providing good service to the client.
