Tasks and Responsibilities: Receiving and following up on customer requests through the work system on Android devices. Communicating with customers and prioritizing visits according to the degree and importance of the problem. Organizing and planning daily visits and determining the route of visits in coordination with customers. Carrying out the necessary inspection and repair work to resolve customer problems completely and effectively. Ensuring the problem is addressed from all aspects and minimizing the need for repeat visits. Direct interaction with customers and providing professional service contributing to raising customer satisfaction levels. Adhering to safety instructions and procedures during work and field visits. Adhering to the official uniform and approved work equipment and tools to maintain the company's professional image. Coordinating with the specialized support team in cases and problems requiring additional intervention or expertise. Applying appropriate technical methods and solutions in accordance with approved instructions and guidelines. Required Qualifications: Suitable technical qualification, preferably specializing in electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, or related technical disciplines. Previous experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or customer problem-solving is an advantage. Good communication and customer interaction skills. Ability to do field work and travel. Commitment to schedules and safety procedures. Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
