About the company:
Office Mix Online is a company specializing in trading stationery supplies and providing them to companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily review of incoming emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls from customers and responding to them based on their type, such as following up on a supply order, requesting a price quote, or inquiring about a specific item.
- Preparing required price quotes, clearly specifying items, types, and selling prices.
- Following up on price quotes until their respective supply orders are issued.
- Reviewing received supply orders and determining the availability of requested items in stock, while placing purchase orders for missing items.
- Handing over supply orders with fully available items to the operations and accounting departments to set delivery dates and inform customers.
- Following up on the execution and delivery of supply orders with customers until the delivery process is properly completed, and listening to customer feedback regarding any issues or problems related to the delivery process.
Working Hours:
From Saturday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-time commitment required for the position)
