Main Responsibilities: Attracting new donors from individuals and companies. Building and managing long-term relationships with donors and supporting entities. Communicating with companies to explore partnership opportunities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Participating in the preparation and implementation of resource development plans and campaigns. Preparing informational presentations and project files for supporting entities. Following up with donors and preparing periodic reports on activities and results. Contributing to achieving the resource development targets of the institution.

Requirements: Previous experience in resource development or partnership management in associations, non-governmental organizations, development institutions, hospitals, or non-profit institutions. Experience in dealing with individual donors, companies, and supporting entities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and preparing reports.

Preferred: Existing professional network with companies or supporting entities. Experience in preparing project proposals or partnership files.
