Switch Plus Apple Premium Reseller:
➢ Job Title: Mobiles Maintenance Technician for Apple Products
➢ Job Description: Provide Level 1 direct support for troubleshooting technical issues for Apple products, Apple iOS/macOS.
➢ Qualifications:
- 0-3 years’ experience working in a service-oriented, technical support role
- Familiarity with Apple products and operating systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology preferred)
- Very good English skills
- Location: Cairo.
