Haxel is looking for an Operations Specialist – Inventory Management to join our Operations team. The role involves tracking and managing inventory movements, as well as coordinating between warehouses, production, QC, and operations.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Operations.
• Prior experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations.
• Higher education qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Good experience using Shopify.
• Ability to lead and follow up on a team (Team Leadership).
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• High accuracy in handling data and inventory.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with various departments.
