Job Title: Indoor & Outdoor Sales Representative – Elevators Division

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Indoor & Outdoor Sales Representative to join our Elevator Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling elevator electrical solutions, components, and related products, including solutions from Schneider Electric. The role combines office-based sales activities with field visits to customers, contractors, consultants, and elevator companies to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Indoor Sales Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on submitted offers.
Process sales orders and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Support customers with product selection and technical information.
Outdoor Sales Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to elevator companies, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
Promote the company's electrical products and elevator solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up on ongoing projects and upcoming tenders.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Represent the company during meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience (experience in elevators, electrical products, or construction-related industries is preferred).
Knowledge of electrical products and elevator systems is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.
