Job Objective:
Supervise the implementation of architectural works on-site and ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and the timeline.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the implementation of architectural and finishing works on-site.
- Review execution drawings and architectural plans.
- Follow up on labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and executed works.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers on-site.
- Track progress rates and the project timeline.
- Inventory site material needs and submit supply requests.
- Follow up on technical observations and work to close them.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress and coordinate with the consultant.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in contracting sites.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, preferably Revit and 3D Max.
- Ability to read execution drawings and plans.
- Strong skills in follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving.
