Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Installation, operation, and delivery of printing machines to the client.
• Performing preventive and periodic maintenance on machines.
• Diagnosing faults, identifying their causes, and repairing them.
• Carrying out electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance tasks based on the nature of the fault.
• Conducting field visits to clients and providing technical support.
• Calibrating and adjusting machines to ensure operational efficiency and print quality.
• Training clients on the correct operation and usage of machines.
• Following up on faults and technical complaints until resolution.
• Preparing reports on maintenance work, visits, and faults.
• Coordinating with the sales team and relevant departments to provide technical support to clients.
• Adhering to safety procedures during work and field visits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in printing machines or industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work in the field and visit clients.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and writing reports.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Clear military service status.
