Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Objective:

• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization from the initial ideation to completion scope and development of project plans.
  

Responsibilities:

• Defining project goals and objectives and establishing project timelines and milestones.
  
• Control identifying project requirements and constraints and managing project risks.
  
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on project status to the defined stakeholders.
  
• Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
  
• Manage project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
  
• Tracking milestones deliverables and change requests.
  
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
  
• Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
  
• Determining and overseeing consistent project activities like testing issues evaluation and troubleshooting.
  
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes milestones reached and other pertinent information.
  
• Perform regular checks on the delivered projects for better enhancements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science business or any related field.
  
• 5-7 years of experience as a senior project manager and preferably has experience in the financial sector.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in project management Scrum Kanban or Waterfall.
  
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Project Plan and JIRA.
  
• Very good understanding of software development processes.
  
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
