Hany Tawfik Consulting Office (HTCO), a leading engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a highly skilled Working Drawing Architect to join our team in Nasr City.
Key Responsibilities:* Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction documents, and technical packages.* Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.* Review and develop architectural details in compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability of drawings before issuance.* Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout project phases.* Assist in resolving technical issues and responding to site-related architectural inquiries.
Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.* Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural working drawings and construction documentation.* Previous experience in engineering consultancy firms is essential.* Strong proficiency in Auto CAD.* Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and technical coordination.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
