Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals, contributing to overall business success.

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.

• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

• Performance & Development: Implement robust performance management systems, support employee growth through training initiatives, and facilitate career development opportunities.

• Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

• HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and best practices in Egypt.

• Operational Excellence: Manage HR operations efficiently, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Skills & Technologies:

You will utilize your expertise in Human Resources, Personnel Management, and Recruitment, alongside a strong command of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in HRIS and experience with Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Policy Development are crucial. Your Leadership and Strategic HR Planning capabilities will be key to your success.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a managerial or leadership capacity.

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred.

• Core HR Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in HR, Human Resources principles, Personnel Management, and comprehensive Recruitment strategies.

• Technical Acumen: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

• Strategic & Operational Mastery: Expertise in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy Development, Talent Acquisition, and Conflict Resolution.

• Leadership & Planning: Exceptional Leadership abilities and a proven track record in Strategic HR Planning.

• Location Commitment: Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
