Overview: As an Accounting Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity, overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. You will be instrumental in shaping our financial future, providing critical insights, and leading a dedicated team to achieve ambitious goals. This pivotal role is based full-time at our vibrant Cairo office, offering a stable and collaborative workplace.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Financial Reporting Excellence: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process and provide robust financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

• Audit & Compliance: Manage external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and tax obligations.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and systems, leveraging ERP solutions for maximum efficiency.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights that inform business strategy and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance, with a significant portion in a managerial capacity.

• Educational Background: A bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are highly desirable.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrated mastery in Accounting, Finance, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, GAAP, and IFRS.

• Technical Prowess: Proficient in establishing and maintaining robust Internal Controls, managing Audit Management processes, and ensuring meticulous Tax Compliance.

• Hands-on experience with various ERP Systems is a must.

• Analytical Acumen: Superior skills in Data Analysis to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Leadership Excellence: A track record of successful Leadership and effective Team Management, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to contribute to Strategic Planning and provide sound financial guidance.
