The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams driving data-informed decision-making and operational this dynamic position you will be responsible for gathering analyzing and translating business requirements into actionable insights and solutions that align with strategic goals. Responsibilities:

• Elicit document and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process mapping.
  
• Develop comprehensive requirement specifications user stories use cases and functional documents.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT product management and operations to ensure solution alignment.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  
• Create and maintain business process models data flow diagrams and system workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart).
  
• Support system testing by preparing test cases validating results and ensuring compliance with business requirements.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on project progress and business outcomes.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
  
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry.
  
• Proficiency in requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  
• Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA Confluence Trello or similar platforms.
  
• Advanced skills in data analysis using Excel SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA) is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
