Recruitment Advisor

Job Summary

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo. Our client is Egypts leading energy and utility provider serving more than 1.8 million customers daily. The company invests in builds and operates integrated energy infrastructure solutions across the country.

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Advisor you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategy by identifying attracting and hiring toptier professionals across various business units. You will work closely with department heads and HR leadership to ensure that hiring aligns with company growth operational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment processes for assigned roles across all divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media and networking events.
• Screen interview and assess candidates ensuring a strong fit with both the role and the clients values.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position as an employer of choice in the energy and utilities sector.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements for process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Stay informed of market trends salary benchmarks and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in recruitment preferably within the energy infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc..
• Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
