We’re Hiring | Electrical Automation Manager We are looking for an experienced Electrical Automation Manager to lead our Automation team and support the growth of our Automation Business Unit.???? Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop the Automation team to achieve business and technical objectives. Manage and supervise automation projects from technical design through execution and delivery. Develop and review automation solutions based on customer and project requirements. Provide technical support and consultation for customers and internal teams. Review technical offers, quotations, and project proposals. Coordinate with Sales, Technical Office, Panel Building, and other departments. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and deadlines. Recommend and plan suitable technical and professional training programs to improve team skills and performance.
???? Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Communication or power 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation / Electrical Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Automation solutions is essential. Excellent knowledge of Siemens PLCs, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial control systems. Experience in automation projects, system integration, and commissioning. Previous experience in leading and developing technical teams. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good command of English.
