Monitor daily and monthly sales targets. Track sales team performance and motivate them to achieve targets. Monitor sales movement and best/worst-selling items. Propose promotions and discounts in coordination with management. Oversee branch opening/closing and ensure showroom readiness. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper display of products within the branch. Train new employees on products and sales techniques. Evaluate staff performance and submit reports to management. Handle issues and maintain discipline within the branch. Working hours: 12 hours/day. Weekly day off. Salary + monthly incentive + monthly commission.
