• Minimum of 2 years of experience in casual dining.
• Excellent communication skills with the team and customers.
• Creating a positive work environment among staff inside the restaurant.
• Ensuring excellent service and hospitality suitable for customers.
• Primary responsibility: Resolving all customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with the finance department and set operational budgets.
• Reviewing production quality, operational processes, and developing sales volume.
• Proficient in team management skills and motivating employees.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Strong negotiation skills and quick, flexible problem-solving.
• Responsible for implementing health, safety, and security requirements in the restaurant.
• Implementing marketing programs specified by the marketing department and reporting results.
• Overseeing employee training programs.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
