Follow up on the daily production plan and required quantities to be produced. Monitor production lines and ensure plan execution. Record actual production and compare it with the planned figures. Prepare daily production reports. Track stoppages, malfunctions, and issues affecting production. Coordinate between production, warehouses, quality, maintenance, and procurement. Ensure the availability of required raw materials and supplies for production. Monitor work orders, executed quantities, and remaining quantities. Record waste, returns, and quality issues. Track any delays and attempt to coordinate solutions with the relevant department.
