Sales Moderator Team Leader Full Time Shebin El Koum, Monufia Team Leadership About the Role We are looking for a Sales Moderator Team Leader to lead and support the Sales Moderator team, ensure smooth daily operations, improve sales conversion, and maintain high-quality customer communication across Digitics' e-commerce stores. The role requires hands-on experience in online sales, team follow-up, and the ability to handle customer-related issues while coordinating with Operations and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead and follow up with the Sales Moderator team on daily tasks and performance. Monitor customer messages, comments, response quality, and lead handling across social media platforms. Ensure inquiries are handled professionally and converted into orders whenever possible. Follow up on sales targets, conversion rates, pending inquiries, and missed opportunities. Review moderator performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance. Ensure consistent product information, pricing, offers, and communication standards. Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues. Follow up on order-related issues with Operations, including order accuracy, availability, and customer concerns. Prepare regular performance reports and highlight challenges, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Marketing regarding lead quality, campaign feedback, customer questions, and product performance. Support onboarding and training of new Sales Moderators. Ensure proper handover and coverage during shifts. Job Requirements2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce customer service, or a similar role. Previous experience leading or supervising a sales/moderation team. Strong experience with Facebook, Instagram, Whats App, and Meta Business Suite. Experience in e-commerce, online stores, or a similar sales environment is preferred. Strong written communication and persuasion skills. Ability to analyze sales performance and follow up on team KPIs. Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities. Good command of English is a plus. Must be based in or able to commute to Shebin El Koum, Monufia.
