We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from both members and non-members, presenting them with exclusive vacation packages. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong sales performance through consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound calls from members and non-members with professionalism and enthusiasm.

● Engage customers by highlighting the benefits of Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ special vacation packages.

● Build rapport quickly and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.

● Identify customer needs and tailor vacation package options accordingly.

● Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

● Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior.

● Stay up-to-date on promotions, offers, and product knowledge to provide the best experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

● Fluency in English (spoken and written). (C1 level)

● Average age min 18 - 35 max.

● Grad / Undergrad / Gapyear can apply

● At least 3 Months of Experience in Sales.

Net Salary: 16k Monthly

Bonus: 4K Monthly

Commission: up to 70k Monthly
