Job :

On behalf of our client, an international player, we are recruiting an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen its teams.

Your tasks
• Manage the entire payroll process, from collecting elements to final checks.
• Collect, check, and validate variable payroll elements.
• Perform payroll checks and reconciliations.
• Ensure the management and updating of employee data in HR Access.
• Participate in monthly and annual payroll closings.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and indicators.
• Respond to employee requests regarding their pay.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance teams, and various internal stakeholders.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of payroll processes.
• Guarantee the confidentiality and reliability of the data processed.

Required profile :

Profile sought
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management
• Proficiency in HR Access is essential
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
• Rigor, analytical thinking, and discretion
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
• Fluent French and fluent/professional English are essential
