The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential hospitality graduates through a structured 12-month journey of hospitality management training combining operational exposure, leadership development, mentoring and business projects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduate from a leading hospitality school.
• Strong passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
• Excellent communication in English & French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
