Your role will be crucial in defining and implementing the company's overall architectural vision. Your responsibilities will include the design and evolution of the enterprise architecture, the evaluation and integration of new technologies, and the definition of standards and best practices. You will work closely with IT and business teams to understand needs and propose innovative solutions. Leading governance bodies and sharing your expertise will also be at the heart of your mission.

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Develop technological and architectural roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure the coherence of proposed solutions.
• Ensure the quality, security, and performance of implemented architectures.
• Support teams in digital transformation.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in fields such as Project Management, Research, R&D, IT, or Electronics. A strong understanding of the insurance business challenges would be a major asset.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in architecture roles, you have proven mastery of the different facets of enterprise architecture. Your professional background demonstrates your ability to manage complex environments and successfully lead large-scale transformations.

With a sharp strategic vision and an excellent understanding of business needs, you possess in-depth knowledge of application, technical, and data architectures. Your modeling, risk management, and communication skills are exemplary. You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite, and to influence. You are fluent in French and English.

• Expertise in architecture modeling (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Knowledge of Cloud, Big Data technologies, and DevOps practices.
