The Procurement Methods Engineer is responsible for the performance and robustness of the procurement process. They lead the improvement of the MRP process, ensure the reliability of SAP parameters and data, anticipate supply chain disruptions, develop management tools, and support procurement specialists in problem-solving. They also contribute to the standardization of practices, team training, and the continuous improvement of process maturity according to One Safran/Aéroexcellence standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate must be able to analyze MRP requirements, ensure the reliability of supply parameters and SAP data, anticipate supply chain disruptions, and lead action plans to improve process performance. They must also be proficient in data analysis and management tools, particularly SAP and ideally LeanDNA, and be comfortable with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and performance indicator monitoring. Possessing strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize information, and excellent interpersonal skills, the candidate will be able to work collaboratively with procurement, production, suppliers, and various Supply Chain functions. Familiarity with Lean methodologies, QRQC, continuous improvement, and Safran/Aéroexcellence One standards is desirable.
