The SAESC engine overhaul workshop specializes in the maintenance of Leap engines. As a Workshop Support Pilot, you will report to the Engineering Department, which integrates the technical activities related to shop visits (engine overhauls). Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting production in carrying out maintenance tasks - Analyzing the risks of workscope changes in preparation for the shop visit - Analyzing all technical deviations based on manufacturer reference documents - Preparing requests for deviations to validate technical deviations. - Manage these requests: Monitor exemptions and coordinate all actions necessary for validation within the given framework (time, cost, strategy). - Work with customer support teams, the design office, and the technical brand. - Contribute to the monitoring of engines under investigation. - Conduct feedback activities to contribute to the improvement plan. Desired Candidate Profile

- State Engineering Degree, ideally with initial experience in aeronautical maintenance or industry. Skills: - Language skills: Fluency in English and French (level B2). - Cross-functional coordination and collaboration, teamwork - Proactive approach (innovation). - Ability to take initiative - Safety awareness. - Self-organization, effective time and priority management. - Stress tolerance: ability to work under pressure and control emotions.
