Job :

As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Operations department by recruiting a Network Supervisor in Rabat and its regions.

Assigned to the Operations Management, your role is to ensure the overall performance of a network of stores by managing teams, optimizing operations, and achieving commercial objectives, while ensuring regular and reliable reporting of activity.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the teams in the stores within the network;
• Ensure the correct application of the brand's procedures and standards;
• Manage commercial performance (turnover, margins, key indicators);
• Analyze results and implement corrective action plans;
• Provide regular reporting to the Regional Department Manager and escalate field alerts;
• Ensure the efficiency of in-store operations by optimizing product availability, commercial visibility, and customer experience;
• Deploy action plans defined by Management and regional management;
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of the network;
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of store teams;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality in stores.

Required profile :

• With a minimum of a 2-year degree in commerce, management, or equivalent, you have significant experience in store management, ideally in the mass retail sector (GMS).
• Proven experience in supervising field teams;
• Experience in multi-site management and leading sales teams in the field;
• Good knowledge of in-store operations and GMS standards;
• Proficiency in commercial performance indicators;
• Management skills and ability to unite teams;
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and responsiveness;
• Results-oriented, organized, and strong field presence.
