Hexcel is currently seeking a HR Specialist for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Coordinate and oversee employee transportation services, ensuring reliable, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

  
  

• Manage employee attendance, working hours, leave records, and related data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  
  

• Serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.

  
  

• Handle employee grievances, claims, and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.

  
  

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

  
  

• Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.

  
  

• Monitor contract expiration dates, coordinate renewals, and provide recommendations to management regarding employee employment status.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures across all employee lifecycle activities.

  
  

• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

  
  

• Provide HR support outside regular working hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, time.

  
  

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  
  

• Ability to respect deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  
  

• Capacity to work effectively under pressure.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems and HR administration tools.

  
  

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
