Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer complaints / alerts


• Communicate the claims report according to the deadlines and the type of report required.


• Ensure the monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions in order to permanently eradicate the problem.


• In case of problem recurrence treat it with the PSS.


• Ensure the weekly update of the external QRM


• Maintenance of the update of the claims presentation


• Preparation and update of the Quality Improvement Plan


• Ensure that customer requirements are met internally
  

Requirements:

State Engineer in Quality Management or master degree

Freshly graduated or 1 year experience in automotive industry
