As a TPE Customer Advisor, your main tasks will include:

• To welcome, advise, and support TPE clients, merchants, artisans, and professionals in managing their daily banking needs.
• To analyze the financial situation and business activity of clients in order to offer them suitable solutions for financing, equipment, savings, and cash flow management.
• To develop and retain a portfolio of TPE clients by ensuring close follow-up and identifying new business opportunities.
• To support project leaders and entrepreneurs in the various stages of their development.
• To ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with procedures as well as regulatory and risk management requirements.
• To actively participate in acquiring new TPE clients through prospecting actions and the development of a network of referrers.
• To contribute to achieving the agency's commercial objectives by promoting the entire range of offers dedicated to the Very Small Business market.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) is required, ideally supplemented by a specialization in banking professions or a related field.

You have significant experience of at least 5 years in the banking sector, particularly with TPE clients, which is highly desirable. This experience will enable you to quickly grasp the challenges of the role.
