Perform initial installation and updates of IT and/or telephone equipment (applications, microcomputer hardware, telephone and PBX equipment) and assist users in getting started with the installed equipment and software. Distribute applications according to a deployment plan and install updates; Perform user testing and acceptance of IT and/or telephone equipment and monitor equipment evolution; Ensure environment mastering; Diagnose and resolve incidents on computers, networks, email or telephony; Manage incident response; Manage the IT infrastructure connected to the network and the asset repository and stock movements, and administer email on the client side of the workstation (connection, operation); and monitor equipment evolution; Assist users in getting started with the installed equipment and software. Define the data for remote distribution (targets, profiles, dependencies) and remote maintenance; Verify the conformity of equipment with the standards and take the necessary steps to bring it into compliance; Carry out local infrastructure/network actions at the request of the central IT OC teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) in Computer Science or Networks and Telecommunications. Prior experience in an industrial sector is desirable. Knowledge of the IS world, technologies and tools, and ITIL processes. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Good level of French and English. Rigorous and autonomous.
