After-Sales Service Technician | Lissasfa (Casablanca) | Fixed-Term Contract

Missions and activities:
-Ensure the registration of fixed assets
-Carry out the control and reconciliation of fixed assets with replacement vehicles delivered to customers
-Analyze and negotiate damage repair quotes (technical and financial coherence).
-Approve quotes in compliance with internal procedures
-Follow up on repair progress until the vehicle is returned to its original condition
-Ensure the reduction of vehicle downtime during repairs in coordination with the insurance, logistics, and customer relations departments
-Ensure the flow of information between the field, the technical support center, and the sales team
-Assist end-users in their relations with repair networks
-Ensure control over costs related to damage repair.
-Maintain good relationships with service providers
-Resolve customer disputes and inform relevant departments of their outcome.
-Comply with the standards and procedures in force within the company.
-Handle customer complaints in liaison with the complaints department
-Maintain communication between the Department and other company departments

Required profile :

-Immediate availability
-Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) in automotive mechanics
-Negotiation skills with suppliers
-Optimization of supplier relations
-Rigor in administrative file follow-up
-Technical knowledge in the automotive field
-Mastery of the automotive vehicle repair process
-In-depth knowledge of spare parts
