Job :

• Ensure the follow-up of maintenance contracts and ensure their proper execution;
• Coordinate exchanges between customers, workshops, and various internal departments;
• Drive the performance and profitability of contracts through indicator monitoring;
• Contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of customers and fleets;
• Support sales teams in contract follow-up;
• Identify financial risks and propose corrective actions;
• Carry out activity reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile :

- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering, industrial maintenance, industrial management, or equivalent,

- Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial vehicles,

- Mastery of labor and spare parts costs,

- Very good command of Excel, Power BI, and DMS/Contracts/Reporting tools

- Professional English
