Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Customer Supply Chain Consultant Trainee" to join our team.
- Primary customer contact for Order Intake and follow up
- Orders on Hand management, including back order follow up, monitoring & feedback
- Support to the Sales and Accounting Teams for Accounts Receivables related to RFC & POD processing & submissions
- Handle and respond to all customer requests
- Support business with Automation projects related to customer data processing (order placement, order amendment etc)
- Coordination & monitoring of reverse logistics processes including processing of customer RFCs and Claims
- Customer 3rd Party Business coordination including processing & monitoring of battery & direct orders
- Facilitating export customer documentation & transportation processes
- Automotive telephone sales
- Handling very low level Technical inquiries on parts availability.
- Support sales and marketing in promotional activity.
- Reporting ( customer backorder, claims, ect...).
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, logistics or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (SAP experience an advantage)
- Strong coordination skills and customer orientation
- Ability to build relationships and cooperate with people at all levels
- Working knowledge of supply chain processes
- Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
- Fluent in English
Additional Information
ANAPEC placement contract with a duration of 12 months.
