Job :

Reporting to the Communication Manager (Social Media, PR & Events), you will support the implementation of the Resort's internal and external communication strategy. You will actively contribute to content creation, digital channel management, the organization of prestigious events, and the analysis of our campaigns to strengthen the brand image and visibility of the Resort.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Multi-channel project management: Participate in steering communication campaigns, from the design phase to their operational deployment.
• Content production & monitoring: Write and create various materials (newsletters, press releases, articles, social media posts).
• Social media management: Develop and coordinate the editorial calendar, plan publications, and analyze community engagement.
• Event management: Actively participate in the preparation, coordination, and organization of the Resort's internal and external events in support of the communication manager.
• Performance & KPIs analysis: Monitor and analyze the results of communication campaigns, then propose corrective actions to maximize the impact of our actions.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry, is essential. Proven experience in managing complex communication projects is a major asset.

We are looking for a creative, organized personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Perfect command of digital communication tools, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector's challenges are essential. The following skills are particularly valued:
