Job :

Missions:

• Develop and implement the annual internal communication plan.
• Design, write, and distribute internal communication materials: intranet, newsletters, posters, brochures, videos, emails, and other content.
• Participate in the development of corporate culture by supporting transformation, information, and awareness projects.
• Highlight the achievements, projects, and initiatives of different departments.
• Organize and coordinate internal events: seminars, team buildings, information meetings, themed days, etc.
• Support managers and teams in their internal communication needs.
• Ensure the monitoring and optimization of the communication budget.
• Measure the impact of actions taken and propose areas for continuous improvement.

Required profile :

• Profile sought:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Excellent writing skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and collaborative platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
