As part of our business development, we are looking for an OCPL Senior Engineer specialized in logistics, cost optimization, Supply Chain analysis, and operational excellence. The candidate will contribute to improving operations performance through cost analysis, identifying optimization levers, and implementing innovative initiatives.
Main tasks:
- Lead and analyze logistics and operational costs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct performance studies and profitability analyses of operations.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Produce reports and dashboards for activity management.
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Participate in the definition and optimization of logistics plans.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a degree level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related field.
Significant professional experience, between 5 and 10 years, in similar roles is essential. This experience must demonstrate your ability to manage complex projects and make strategic decisions.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong expertise in logistics and operational cost analysis.
- Mastery of Supply Chain concepts and flow management.
- Solid analytical and data modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Good command of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
