Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

As part of the EMEA Operations team and under the supervision of the Operations Manager your missions will be to:

• Manage and plan the schedules arrangements of Quality Control and Compliance services in the EMEA zone in line with our clients timelines and requirements.
• Communicate with vendors factories and inspectors for service scheduling.
• Plan and allocate the resources according to the service types inspectors and auditors expertise and transportation cost.
• Ensure the daily operational support to our inspectors.

Qualifications :

• Have an excellent written and spoken English
• Have a college degree or above with major in Business Administration Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Like to be exposed manage relationship with clients factories and other QIMA departments
• Are ready to work flexible hours upon business needs
• Have a problem solver mindset which turns challenges into solutions
• Have a high level of energy dynamism and motivation!
