Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with solid experience in supporting teams and leading projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. The Scrum Master's mission will be to facilitate the functioning of Scrum teams, support the adoption of Agile practices, and contribute to the success of digital projects, particularly in the e-commerce sector. Your main responsibilities will be: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Supporting teams in the application of Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Identifying and removing obstacles that could slow down or block the team. Fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog. Monitoring sprint progress and contributing to visibility on Agile metrics. Facilitating communication between technical teams, business teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and contribute to their resolution. Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. Support teams in a context of transformation and Agile maturity. Participate in high-stakes digital and e-commerce projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role. Significant experience on Scrum and Agile projects. Experience in the e-commerce/digital sector is highly valued. Strong command of the Scrum framework and Agile practices. Experience in supporting multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments. Fluent in French and professional/fluent English, both written and spoken. Collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on continuous improvement.
