As part of our business development, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support our clients in their Salesforce transformation and evolution projects. You will act as the interface between business and technical teams. Your main responsibilities will be: Gathering and analyzing the needs of users and business teams. Understanding business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Analyzing needs and translating them into user stories and functional specifications. Participating in the functional design of Salesforce solutions. Collaborating with developers, Salesforce consultants, and project teams. Participating in workshops with users and stakeholders. Writing functional specifications and project documentation. Preparing for and/or participating in functional and acceptance testing phases. Supporting users during deployment and change management phases. Monitoring changes and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce solution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem. Proficiency in analyzing and formalizing business requirements. Experience writing user stories and functional specifications. Good understanding of CRM processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and synthesis skills. Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders. Fluent French and professional English. Preferred skills: Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce workflows and key configuration features. A Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) is a plus. Experience in IT services companies/international projects.
