Position :

Assigned to Carrefour Hypermarket and reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to define the conditions for applying the Group's commercial policy at the fresh produce department level.

For this, your areas of achievement are:

Assortment monitoring
Commercial Animation (promotional activity, marketing, etc.)
Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables)
Team Management

With a Bac+4/5 education, you have proven experience of over 3 years as a Fresh Produce Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:

Ability to manage the commercial animation of the departments under your responsibility
Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within your scope and monitor indicators
Ability to manage the human resources made available to you
Ability to conduct negotiations
