Job :

As part of the development of our branch network, we are recruiting Customer Managers.

Your responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers, managing daily operations, and developing your client portfolio.
Handling the opening and closing of the day's business.
Managing your secondary cash drawer, processing counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, certifications, currency exchange, etc.)
Contributing to resolving complaints related to counter operations and handling customer requests and complaints, either directly or by directing them to the appropriate person.
Managing cash flow (calling for or collecting funds, supplying ATMs) with the CCP or Branch Manager.
Processing securities (outgoing and incoming clearing, inter-branch) and consolidating accounting records.
Managing, alone or with colleagues, the counter client portfolio, marketing simplified sales products, directing clients to advisors for credit applications, other products, and account openings, while contributing to internal customer acquisition.

Required profile :

A Bac+2/Bac+3 level education such as BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Economics and Management.

Good command of sales techniques or Commerce and Marketing.
