Within a dynamic company in the Pharma / Health sector, we are looking for a Production Pharmacist to join our team in Bouskoura. This is an opportunity to develop your career in a stimulating environment where innovation and quality are at the heart of our concerns.

Your role will be essential in overseeing production operations, ensuring process compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing methods. You will actively participate in achieving production objectives while guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervise production activities in compliance with procedures and good practices.
• Monitor production performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in the validation of equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Manage production teams and ensure their development.
• Contribute to risk management and the implementation of safety policies.
• Participate in the development and updating of technical documentation.

Required profile :

Ideally, you hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy, with recognized specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry.

First professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector, would be a major asset to succeed in this position.

To excel in this role, several skills are required:

• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production processes.
• Mastery of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and current regulations.
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good sense of organization.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different departments.
• Good command of computer tools is also expected.
