Financial Controller | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Key Objectives:

Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivered economic information of business activities by accounting method.
Establish management and execution plans and conduct financial supports such as managing actual implementation of plans to maximize business performance.

Position Responsibilities:

[Controlling] Make regular report on management activity plans (sales, marketing spent, profit…) and or a report for each management issue frequently.
[CO Closing] Participate in monthly and yearly closing and forecast/target planning and provide profits variance analysis by division, product, country ...
[Budget & Investment Control] Participate in establishing and managing a budget plan for our company's available resources like expense and investment.

Required Functional competency :

Strong financial analysis and management reporting capability.
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
Cost accounting and profitability analysis by product / business unit.
Knowledge of month-end / year-end closing and financial statement review.
Ability to support management decision-making with accurate financial data.
Problem-solving, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines

Required profile :

Masters s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in controlling.
Good command of English communication and report writing skills.
Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems (SAP).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, financial modelling).
Knowledge of budgeting and reporting tools.
Understanding of financial statements, cost allocation, and account reconciliation.
Knowledge with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards.
