Head of Financial Engineering and Financing Department | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

The Head of Financial Engineering and Financing Department is responsible for:

• Designing and managing financing strategies adapted to the company's needs
• Developing innovative and optimized financial engineering solutions
• Ensuring the financial structuring of investment projects
• Ensuring consistency between financing methods, financial strategy, and budget constraints

Activities:

• Identifying and analyzing short, medium, and long-term financing needs
• Studying and proposing financing arrangements (loans, partnerships, structured financing, etc.)
• Negotiating with financial partners, banks, lenders, and national or international institutions
• Assessing financial risks and proposing appropriate hedging mechanisms
• Producing financial studies, decision memos, and analysis reports
• Ensuring financial and regulatory monitoring

Required profile :

MANDATORY academic background:

• State-recognized BAC+5 degree from a top business school or a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit and Management Control, Economics, or equivalent
• A specialization in public finance, financial engineering, or debt management is an asset

Professional experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, financial management, or debt management
• Experience in the public sector or financial institutions is highly desirable

Required skills:

• Knowledge of debt management, public finance, and financial markets
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and make strategic decisions
• Rigor, organizational skills, and respect for deadlines
• Good written and oral communication skills
