Within our company, specialized in Insurance / Brokerage and located in the heart of Casablanca, an opportunity for a Customer Relations Intern is open to you. This is the ideal time to launch your career in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where your potential will be fully valued.

Your role will be to actively contribute to the excellence of our customer service. You will participate in retaining our customers and continuously improving our services, by providing valuable support to the sales team.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming and providing personalized advice to clients, whether by phone, email, or in person.
• Handling customer requests, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Participating in updating client files and tracking sales actions.
• Contributing to the organization of events or customer communication campaigns.
• Supporting sales representatives in their daily tasks.

Required profile :

You have completed a 3-year degree (Bac +3), ideally in Insurance or Banking professions.

Previous experience of 1 to 1 year in a similar role or in customer service will be a valuable asset for quickly understanding the job's challenges.
