Senior Test Analyst (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Your mission will be:

• Leading Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) activities for business and technological transformation projects.
• Ensuring the quality of tests, associated governance, and preparation for business acceptance before production.
• Coordinating with test teams, business experts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage, track issues, manage risks, and make decisions regarding production deployment.
• Promoting good testing practices and ensuring deployed solutions meet business requirements and expected quality standards.

Required profile :

• Proven experience in Test Management, UAT/BAT, or Quality Assurance.
• Solid experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• Mastery of test methodologies, risk, and issue management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• A very good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience in the insurance sector and an ISTQB certification are a plus.
