Job :

You will work within the Offers and Catalogues department. This department supports the go-to-market process for offers and complex projects in the Residential and Business Mass Market Marketing domain, by implementing, through business projects, the IS solutions needed for their commercialization and management.

• You will be responsible for managing business projects in this domain, from study to generalization.
• You will be involved in managing one or more projects related to the SME Business market, particularly concerning the improvement of Fibre production, ALL IP programs/RTC shutdown, deployment of innovative business telephony offers, Convergent Business Offers, as well as new value-added services offered in partnership with key market players.
• You will also be the preferred IS contact for the business units in this domain and will support the implementation of business projects in the IS aspect, from the study launch to full generalization for cross-functional projects managed in TTM.
• In this role, you will manage actions contributing to the design and construction of the IS solution, ensure compliance with business requirements, and manage project reporting and communication.
• In the upstream phases, you will rely on the cross-functional study manager responsible for the IS solution design, as well as on the functional stakeholders for qualification and functional coordination who will be needed after the project kick-off.
• You will work in conjunction with the Orange France Project Manager and various business units (Customer Service, Order Production, BI, Customer Service, UI, etc.). Consequently, you will be responsible for the IS solution and its limitations concerning these constraints relative to your business units.
• Project operating and governance methods are evolving at Orange. You will therefore be involved in working with V-cycle projects as well as agile projects coordinated within a train.
• Depending on the projects, you will work according to the governance established in a value chain or in a TTM committee.
