As part of the development of its team in Casablanca, Mira Clinic is recruiting Medical Advisors / Sales Consultants in tele-selling to join its team specializing in medical tourism.

Your missions

• Contact clients interested in our medical services.
• Identify their needs and provide them with suitable information and solutions.
• Ensure professional and regular follow-up with prospects.
• Coordinate with the medical team to obtain treatment plans.
• Accompany the client from the first contact until the confirmation of their booking.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Working conditions

Full-time, on-site position in Casablanca: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Two fixed days off: Sunday and Monday.

Required profile :

We are looking for profiles with real experience in telephone sales, capable of building trust and turning prospect requests into confirmed bookings.

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written - an essential requirement.
• Perfect command of Moroccan Darija.
• Previous experience in tele-selling / Telesales.
• Experience in medical tourism or the medical sector is a real asset.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Sense of follow-up, organization, and customer relations.
• Professional, dynamic, ambitious profile, focused on results and objectives.
