Job :

• Prepare and issue invoices according to internal procedures.
• Verify the necessary information for invoicing.
• Follow up on issued invoices and send them to clients.
• Check for discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
• Monitor payments and follow up when needed.
• Ensure filing and archiving of invoicing documents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Administration teams, and various internal stakeholders.
• Participate in report preparation and monitoring of invoicing indicators.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Administration.
• Recent graduate or with initial experience in invoicing/accounting.
• Good command of Excel.
• Good level of French;
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Motivation and willingness to learn.
